A: No, unfortunately we will not be held responsible for any of that, but we will definitely provide a full refund with proof of course!

Q: How are refunds handled?

A: Refunds will be automated. You will not have to DM or email us in regards to a refund. Upon purchasing our service, please understand Shopify only allows us to pre authorize the transaction up to 7 days. After the 7th day ,we will have to charge the order before it expires. An expired order will not allow us to charge the card any longer. So, if you're purchasing a slot on the 1st, but the sneakers don't release until the 10th you will get charged before the 8th. Now, let's say you purchased a slot on the 1st and the shoes release on the 2nd, but we weren't able to secure your sneakers. What will happen is we will leave the pre auth alone up until the last day so it falls off itself. This is the simplest way we can explain it.
